After spending fifteen years as a recruiter with the current Ernst & Young and two boutique executive search firms, Bob Dingman started The Dingman Company in 1979 as the Robert W. Dingman Company to serve business and not-for-profit clients with the most professional and ethical standards.

Seven years later, in 1986, Bob was joined by his brother, Bruce Dingman, who brought strong management experience in the hospitality industry.

In 1993, Bruce became President of the firm, allowing Bob to retire and have a more advisory role. The reputation Bob Dingman established continues on in like manner also providing the highest quality of executive search through The Dingman Company and Bruce's leadership.
