By design, we are a small firm and plan to remain so. Clients receive service directly from Bruce, Jamey, Donna, or Tim, the principals of the firm.
Being a boutique search firm, we stay close-knit as a team and are resources to each other. Maintaining the quality of our work is paramount to us.
We are search generalists, working in many fields as well as specialists in a few areas (hospitality, nonprofits, education and religious organizations). Our experience ranges broadly over a wide variety of industries and functional fields. We have as our primary focus on searches for the first and second levels such as CEOs, President and General Managers, along with the functional vice presidents reporting to those positions.
Our approach to executive search allows us to concentrate on the unique mission, culture, challenges and organizational functioning of the client. We believe our special gifts are based in sensitivity, enabling us to discern the values, operational style, impediments to change and opportunities for growth or improvement of the organization.
